I like progress, but I keep wondering when it will become too much and we lose our quaint small-town feel? I just hope that whatever is developed, is a success so that we do not have more vacant businesses.
There is a saturation point in any kind of business venture. Owners are aware any business especially restaurants are a gamble. It's nice that Jeff residents having various choices in an area of town that was blighted for so many years...Good Luck to all the new businesses opening downtown....
