Terms of the Treaty:
1. Clarksville shall stay within it's own boundaries and never try and occupy or alter a Jeffersonville street again.
2. If Clarksville violates condition No.1 then HT's 6 point plan goes immediately into effect with no negotiations. Which includes annexation of Clarksville by Jeffersonville.
3. If Clarksville obeys the treaty Jeffersonville promises to never annex or lay claim to Clarksville's historical Theater X district or any of it's artifacts.
4. If Clarksville obeys the treaty Jeffersonville promises to do everything in their power to keep politicians Tom "Bulldozer" Galligan , Ed "Moe" Zastawny, and "Toxic" John Perkins from moving to Clarksville and running for Clarksville offices.
5. Clarksville is to immediately return Goliath to Jeffersonville to face war crime charges of consorting with the enemy...
6. Clarksville must declare Jeffersonville the Victor and fly the Jeff commemorative flag at their City hall for 30 days , and with such declaration save the embarrassment of having Jeffersonville take claim to the Colgate clock to relocate in the Big Four Landing. The Colgate clock second most historical location next to Theater X.

Jeffersonville will also consider consorting with the enemy charges against councilpersons Gill and Samuel for their telling the media they thought the conditions were agreed upon for the Clarksville occupation of Court Ave.
Jeffersonville's huge victory is a warning to other local municipalities "Don't Tread On Us" and a special thanks to HT, whose 6 point plan was ultimately what brought Clarksville to their knees...
No thanks needed to me, I am a loyal soldier to the cause as an old soldier my motto is always...Semper Fi !!!
