Person of the Week - Matt Owen

Young twenty year old Matt Owen is the BatBlogs first  "Person of the Week." A new feature of the BatBlog. Mr. Owen a college junior at IUS  announced this week he was running for  Mayor of Jeffersonville on the  Republican ballot. http://newsandtribune.com/local/x54036743/Owen-Age-is-an-advantage-in-Jeffersonville-mayor-s-race  His announcement even made national headline on CNN. It's nice to see a young person with  initiative and courage challenging the old guard of small town politics. Mr.Owens just might be the fresh air and youthful energy that Jeffersonville needs.
