HT's sources say Pesty has been seen over indulging in alcohol and leaving local bars late into the early morning alone. Petsy's role has been delegated to only an occasional role as a part-time political commentator and has been upstaged the new Pesty Ver.II and Goliath's Coliseum Forum. PestyVer.II has replaced Pesty as Goliath's promoter and poster on the CCC even though Pesty brought Goliath into the limelight. Sources say Pesty isn't happy with the direction GAW Enterprises is going and feels unappreciated, underused, and he hasn't even been out dancing in months....
HT says hang in there little buddy one day the Big Guy will realize it was the little people like you that took him to the top and he shouldn't forget his old friends like you have been to him....

I miss the original Pesty. Since Goliath's been getting so much attention from running with the Springer crowd, it seems like he doesn't have any use for his old, trusted friends anymore. It will all come crashing down, though, when he realizes that his new friends have just been using him like a tool in order to effectively take over his site, and sullying his once sterling reputation in the process, as his old friends have been trying to warn him. But I'm sure that the Original Pesty and the rest of his true friends will be there for him when the inevitable fall comes. After all, that's what friends are for, right?

Goliath finds deep and enjoyable irony in the fact he gets put in the position of defending Mike Moore, and others with whom he, personally, does not necessarily approve of what they have said and done.
But Goliath also considers, that for whatever reason, this has been his role in life generally.
Just like when he was set out to champion a wicked King against the chosen people on a battlefield and faced a little shepherd boy. Goliath always defends the indefensible. And, weirdly, finds aome kind of grace in that...doing what nobody else wants to do.
As for PESTY....even as we speak he is sending Goliath messages that he "wants back in the game Coach".
I miss Pesty (original) too! I think Goliath just has no time for him anymore. He's running his SurvivorQuest and having to spend way too much time babysitting GCF these days. Busy, busy!
ReplyDeleteViva La Pesty. We do need more Pesty. I am sure he will show up when he is most in demand. I once read the phrase "What would the world be like without Captain Hook?" Now I must ask What would the cyberworld be like without Pesty Version 1?
