  7. OK - turkey is all gone. Lets move on. Got to be some good "stuff" out there going on.

Speaking of turkeys - what is going on with the 10th and Spring project(s) ?????

  8. Gondola Update!
The old Turkey Canal Project is still long dead. Sorry.
The next development proposal at Spring Street
was blocked by the city because the company
    was not performing.
There is a new negotiation with the RDC and another company
is in the planning stages. The N-T covered it.
Additionally, the 2023 Spring Street revitalization
is being well planned by the city. The new apartment
building/retail space at Spring and 8th is looking very nice.
The new buildings are nearing completion for 2018 at Colston Park.
The planning of the extensive 10th Street revitalization project
is well underway from Penn Street to the Fun I-265 Roundabouts!
Millions in economic development in residential, commercial, and industrial
activity in the City of Jeffersonville is underway!
However, you have to go the back way into Hoopsters
to watch the games or eat lunch. The ACC, BIG 10, and SEC
football championships are set for Saturday, December 2nd,
and the Indiana-Louisville rivalry basketball game is set for 2 PM on December 9th.
    Better reserve a table asap.
