Here's the audio tape of Destiny Hoffman's sentencing hearing where Judge Jerry Jacobi sentenced Ms. Hoffman to 48 hours only to leave her in Clark Co. Jail for 5 1/2 months. Tape has Ms. Hoffman explaining her disputed urine sample to Judge Jacobi......What do you think ??

  1. The tape certainly seems to show that Jacobi is at fault in sentencing this woman. He sentenced her then forgot about her, how can he blame this on the administrator he fired, she can't hold court sessions. Of course nothing will happen to him.

    She wouldn't even have to cook or kiss me ha ha, just bring home those government checks ha ha

  3. If she could look at her own sample and see it was diluted why could not the staff do the same thing??? Just dump it out and make her go again (and again if necessary) to get a proper sample? That is what most places do.

  4. My impression is, Jacobi thinks he's a a hardass and likes to throw his weight around. The girl shouldn't have been jailed over a diluted sample regardless.....

  6. This is what happens when you put stupid people in charge. Most of these errors where childish and could have easily been avoided. Who the heck is supposed to be in charge, that's who need to be the next one to go.
