Breaking News***Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Clark Co. in Federal Court

You can expect this to have a far reaching effect on all of Clark Co., already in dire financial problems . This lawsuit could easily rise into the several millions of dollars category and look for the accusations to start flying as other drug court employees and the probation department may be also named in the suit.
