Just Wondering...Hey What Ever Happened To ???

Justice or non justice moves rather slowly or not at all in Clark Co., depending of course on who you are, or who you work for ...

Whatever happened to the Jefferesonville police officer arrested for buying illegal steroids in his police car  from an undercover ISP officer. Is he still working for the police department ?? Has he gone on trial ?? Any disciplinary actions ??

What about former Clark Co. sheriff candidate Chuck Adams ??? Wasn't the prosecutor's office investigating him for not filing the necessary political contribution papers  ??  in the incident where Adams allegedly offered the the contributor a job where all he had to do was play golf...What ever happened ???

What about the Drug Court Case....How long is this going to be stretched out ??? Are they waiting until after the election where Jacobi is up for re-election ?? Seems like there were possible criminal charges pending is this going to be pursued ??? ,....What ever happened ???

As the BatBlog has reported before the local prosecutor's office doesn't like to prosecute their own as in other government offices and their employees. There as been several cases of Clark Co. sheriff's and corrections dept. employees being arrested and the cases either seemingly just disappeared or the offending party just given a slap on the wrist.... Is the local paper News/ Tribune not following up on these stories ??

What Ever Happened ???

  1. You can't expect one good democrat to prosecute another good democrat can you. Remember all this when the next election comes around.

  6. Whoa! Tina doesn't have a bitchy bone in her body. She sure as hell wouldn't have made a triflin' ass anonymous comment. SHE has more class than that.

  7. I keep hearing investigations take time. Bull crap! News and tribune gave up on following up on stories.

  8. I am not sure why anonymous is busting Tina out. Dang... She is just providing info.

  9. Yeah I started to delete the "bitchy" comment but I don't believe in censorship and I'm sure Tina can handle it.

Tina is honest to a fault sometimes but she will be a great asset if she is elected.

She has the qualifications, determination, and the desire to do things the right way. She will make a great Assessor...

Make sure to vote for her....

  10. Sooo...anonymous complains about Tina making bitchy, judgmental comments...by making a bitchy, judgmental comment about Tina. Self-awareness isn't really your strong suit, is it anonymous?

  13. The Drug Court got moved to Carmichaels court and she is over seeing the last of the Drug Court People. They are still investigating the whole Drug Court...and yes It can take a while, when you are talking years of past problems..

  14. The time sheet drama was solved when they officially split community corrections from probation. The person quit community corrections and now works for probation.

  15. " The time sheet drama was solved when they officially split community corrections from probation "

How does this dismiss a sitting judge ordering a city/county employee to falsify a time sheet ??

  16. The list goes on and on...What happened to the guy I think his name was Ross that got paid under the table after his raise was denied ???

Seems like Fifer and Perkins were involved in that one ...Did the guy get to keep the money from the slush fund...

They stretch this stuff out till hopefully everybody forgets about it.

I'd like to see a piece in the News/Tribune covering these stories that get hushed up or forgotten...

  17. The news tribute was on these stories and then they stopped. Somebody must have told them to stop investigating. HT. copy them on this stuff .., you have here see what they say.

  18. The local paper is only concerned with liberal opinions and sports, they will not rock the boat.

  19. Probation has enough problems as it is. The good old boy network is solidly in a certain court and they take care of their own...

  20. Probation in this County is a joke and everyone knows it, especially due to the good ol boy network. Supposedly they got a guy who gets paid $55,000 a year to supervise cars.

    ReplyDelete
  21. And other supervise over 200 probationers and make on far less pay.

  22. Maybe the two of them should meet in the middle then
