  1. You really insulted Jones and Nash by including that bunch in the bottom row.

  2. Wow! Cotton Nash too! Impressive!

  3. H-T, the wanna-b mayors and their camp follower wanna-b
back room power brokers are really jealous of the wall as it is.
You just gave them gasoline for the flames of their narrow-minded hatred!
Good job! Way cool journalism from the Award Winning Bat Blog.

  4. The haters don't comprehend that the wall is for fun and is adding another element of both history and an additional place for people to stop and enjoy in downtown Jeffersonville. The arts, the park, the Museum District, the waterfront,
    the expanded greenway!
The wall adds to the fun for Jeffersonville.
It is to be appreciated not selfishly denigrated.
Some people are just so hateful.

  5. Adding Pesty is a nice touch!
    Good job, H-T!

  6. It includes Pesty, but no GG, Chopper or Kelley.

    I call bullshit!

  7. What about Tina?

    ReplyDelete
  8. Sorry Anon. but GG ,Chopper and Kelley are nice but not way cool like Pesty and HT.....look for tomorrow's "Wall of Buffoons" reportedly one or more CCC member has made the cut....to be enshrined on the wall....

  9. OMG. Pesty is not cooler. I'm telling.

  10. Tina is reportedly on the short list for the Sellersburg "Wall of Fame"....

  12. Goliath appreciates your wall of fame. But one correction, Goliath 3,000 years old.

Get your facts right HT. Get off the drugs son!

  13. HT, sooooo funny! I'm sorry but I have received so many death threats for offering up Avery for the wall of fame, I'm removing my vote for him.

  14. Where is Abbysnana? We all know she should be on that wall. ;)

  15. Goliath done rejected 'wall of fame" award. This beneath the August dignity
of 3,000 year old giant what squats on the likes of the CCC.

  16. Callie Jahn,
    the dynamic young newcomer
    to Jeffersonville and Clark County
government involvement had another really nice
brochure go out to her district.

It is always nice to see her campaigning
and speak with such an intelligent, polite young person.

She is real breath of fresh air
and such a stark contrast with the old
    political "hangers on"
    and power brokers.....
The questionable past vs the dynamic future of Jeffersonville.

She has a classy, positive outlook
that contrasts so greatly from the grizzled, disgruntled,
incompetent, negative politcos that time has passed by.

She will have an important new impact upon Jeffersonville's future.

    1. I live in District 3 and do not want a 22 year old city council person who hasn't paid taxes yet on a home, nor paid a sewer, water bill. While miss Jahn may be smart, she has no experience in life.
Mr. VISSING, may be old, but I want someone who has raised children, went thru life as many of us have.
Mr Vissing is a stand up guy, who won't be shy if elected. Also I saw where he actually attends meetings. The youngsters tend to miss meetings.
After watching your posts, it appears you have a vendetta against Mr Vissing.

  17. I thought that The Goliath done gave
Hoosier Taxpayer and the Bat Blog
    TWO "Real Glitzy Internet Awards".
Hmmm...what is up now with these Cartoon Characters...?

  18. HT and the staff at the "award winning" BatBlog is insulted by Goliath rejecting the most prestigious award in Jeffersonville. Our first thought was to replace Goliath with Debbie from the CCC, unfortunately she is a candidate for the "Wall of Buffoons" and is not eligible.

HT now wishes he hadn't kept GAW and GAW News afloat all these years with his occasional posts and comments. You would think G would be grateful of finally receiving SOME award but instead he turns on HT quicker than NHBSM flips the truth.

  19. Our search committee will be looking for a replacement for G's rescinded award...

  20. H-T, the rejection by the Goliath of the considerate Wall of Fame Award
and the new WAR he just declared on the CCC Homeland,
    seem like "Publicity Stunts"
    to try to revive GAW's
    disastrous poll ratings.....

Look for a "Carrier Landing" next
as the ratings season sweeps open.

That 3,000 year old Goliath is a pretty dern crafty feller.
I think he is "ginning up" the GAW ratings
like a "Wag the Dog" type of thingy...

  21. I nominate Grumpy Granny for your wall of sh..fame to replace me. She
done survived being defeated on the CCC by Goliath...morre than many
    have accomplished.

  22. "After watching your posts,
it appears you have a vendetta
    against Mr Vissing."

    Nope. Wrong interpretation.

In my opinion, she is a far better selection
    to hold office in Jeffersonville.

After READING your posts, it must be asked:
"Why do YOU have a vendettas against Ms. Jahn?

The Republican Party has the best candidate in he 3rd District race.
She is clearly the better candidate of the two
    based upon merit
    not backroom politics.
Keep Jeffersonvile moving into the future!

  23. Some always fear change
    and the involvement of new,
young, dynamic candidates like Callie Jahn
will be good for the city.
    Jeffersonville is growing and changing.

Attacking young people is not nice.
It is not going to stop the improvement of Jeffersonville
    as some would like.

Jeffersonville is doing very well under Jamie Nole's and Mike Moore's
    excellent leadership.

  24. That is cool to see President Reagan post on the Award Winning Bat Blog!
They say that President Reagan is in Jeffersonville for the ceremonial dedication of H-T's Wall of Fame ! Nice move!
The rival blogs will really be angry now.....

  25. Goliath I believe GG resides in Clarksville thereby technically disqualifying her. Also while I consider GG a friend she stood quietly by while the Grand Pujah of the CCC ceremoniously and unfairly put one of the CCC's most popular poster to the curb.

Never the less GG will certainly be one of the favorites for the recently announced CCC "Wall of Fame" which will commence next week...

  26. HT, think back to the numerous private messages I personally sent you about a number of your posts that broke the terms of use while I still owned the Chatter. You know you skated on thin ice many times. You may also remember that I offered to give the Chatter to you when I needed to give up ownership, but you weren't interested. Quasar willingly took the site off my hands, and you have no one to blame but yourself for being banned by him when you still refused to follow the terms of use. If I hadn't let my so called "friendship" with you interfere with doing my job as administrator, I would have banned you myself. Banned unfairly? No, you weren't.

And, yes, I'm a Clarksville resident, so yes, I am technically disqualified...oh, woe is me.

    GG

  27. It's all cool Granny, I agree you were more than upfront with me....but I was unfairly kicked to the curb and you know what I mean...

I wouldn't want to be a member now anyway.
I guess because Hutt was a co-initial founder you have let him use the Chatter as his own personal soapbox to spread lies, misinformation and innuendo and everybody sees it.

Most of my warnings were to call out his bullshit and I would do it again in the name of fairness and the truth. Arguing politics is one thing but to allow a personal vendetta to be put in public without having someone call him out on it isn't fair...

A large percentage of the regulars from the CCC have followed me to the blog and keep in touch thru comments and e-mails and I am grateful and I consider most chatter members friends including yourself. Now I am free to tell it like it is without be censored..

Keep protecting Hutt he makes great blogging material..All is good !!!

  28. To the 3rd Dist. voter I agree totally about the K.Vissing vs. Jahn race. I like to see young people get involved as well but KV has shown to be upfront and approachable in real life as well as over the internet.

We haven't always agreed on issues but KV will talk and discuss with anyone his stance. He does have the life experiences and political experience that makes me believe that if I need him as a Dist 3 resident he will be there for me... Vote for Vissing Dist. 3 voters !!!

  29. You brag because you can't be censored, while complaining that nobody will censor Hutt! LMFAO at your hypocrisy! :)

  30. I saw a picture from some Republican do last week with Noel in the forefront and then there was Jahn sitting between Owen and Payne at what had all appearances of being the kiddie table. I "kid" you not. That's exactly what it and they looked like.

Her education does not make up for her serious lack of experience and apparent disinterest in politics until it became advantageous for her. I agree with the comment that HT made on another thread that Payne and Owen probably told her what a good easy gig it is ( easy if you're them anyway )and encouraged her to jump right in. I'm certainly not interested in paying both the salaries of a young couple who I don't think are qualified, experienced, or mature enough for their positions. I can't do anything about Payne's but I'm certainly not going to vote to bankroll the girlfriend. Someone else mentioned not having paid her dues and in this case I agree wholeheartedly.

I understand the idea and appeal of having younger people on the ballot but I have to question Noel if this trio is the best he can come up with. There are plenty of young people, if slight older than this group, out there with better credentials, experience, and education ( except for Jahn ) that he could recruit and cultivate. I get the feeling he doesn't want them too smart or independent. And neither does Moore.

  31. Excellent post Anon. my sentiments exactly...

  32. I was banned from CCC, for defending HT after the big Q said some nasty things about HT. So I don't have a real high opinion of him.
