It failed. The "poison pill" added to include volunteer firefighters killed it for this session. Slick and crooked move.
The content was not "germain" to the city government nepotism, double dipping, and ethics content, but it was added anyway.
It was a crooked trick. Volunteer firefighters are not part of a city government. They were "used" as it made the rural delgates kill it this year in this form Disgusting that some players are that powerful.
