Financial experts Pesty Flannigan and NSBHM (shown here enjoying several bottles of cheap wine while going over the figures) have combined forces to calculate the City of Jeffersonville's debt..The scary part of this story is Ed Z and the rest of the City Council, who are the fiscal body of City Government don't seem to really know what the debt is according to a thread on the CCC. And get this either does the mayor. Their figures only contradict somewhere between 30-70 million dollars give or take 10 million or so. So where do you go to find out for yourself what the right numbers are. City Hall ? No
City Council offices ? No
Ask your City Councilman ?? No Again
Where do you find these numbers ?? Ask your waitress at Jerry's Family restaurant, that's right ,on the menu between a J-Boy platter and a Fish sandwich is the SBOA's report on the Jeffersonville City Debt. Try not to get any tartar sauce on the report the City Council hasn't stopped by and read it yet.

I don't know what's scarier that NSBHM a used car salesman and Pesty a bon vi vant, soldier of fortune, dancer have the correct numbers. Or that the fiscal body that handles all the City's finances doesn't have a clue. Or that to find out City financial data you have to go to Jerry's.Where is the rest of City records kept ? Cluckers, Third Base, Mick's lounge maybe ? Oh well it's only taxpayer money. Who cares and Who knows....

Don't forget...Pesty also rushing around to get NSHBM's questions to Teresa answer. It beginning to look like Pesty is Ns's 'sock puppet'

ReplyDeleteBy the way as much as Pesty and NSBHM are agreeing with each other lately I am afraid that they may end up spooning somewhere. It started with this financial analysis and now they are agreeing on comments made about the canal. I am getting worried.

ReplyDeleteSome speculation is going on there. Has he been sent to go fishin with Tammy so Mrs HT can have come quality time with Pesty (whom she seems to miss)? Is he in hiding somewhere curled up in a fetal position sucking his thumb at the shock of witnessing Pesty and NSBHM agreeing on an issue (or agreeing on anything for that matter)? Or, heaven forbid, has he been kidnapped ... again?
