Score one for the BatBlog and vilgilence!
ReplyDeleteThanks to the batblog and Co. council for denying this raise. It would just increase the dissension in the probation office more than already exists. Renck needs to improve his worth ethic beyond walking around trying to act important.
ReplyDeleteWho exactly requested the raise to the council?
I have no idea who presented it to the council maybe Kevin V. could answer that question...
ReplyDeleteJamie Hayden, probation director who replaced Henry Ford requested the raise. The council felt it would be unfair to all our other employees to give a raise of that magnitude to one person. Joe received the 3% increase like everyone else, which was the first raise, other than longivity, and equalization raises.
ReplyDeleteI commented on the original site.
ReplyDeleteNothing against Joe but it was a good move denying the raise. Nothing creates more tension in a workforce than employees singled out for raises or other special benefits.
ReplyDeleteObviously there is already feelings within the office of preferential treatment for Mr. Renck....
