Recounts ????

****************************Breaking News A BatBlog Exclusive*****************************
County Councilman Kevin Vissing (D) has announced exclusively to the "award winning" BatBlog that he will file for a recount tomorrow morning in his Dist. 3 Jeffersonville City council race against  Callie Jahn (R).  Vissing said he also expects Steve Webb (R) to file in his council at large race.....

Note: Once again the BatBlog out scoops all major local media News/Tribune. Courier Journal and all local TV news....

*************************************************************************************************
Candidates from both parties have until tomorrow I believe to file for recounts for the recent 2015 election. Has anyone heard of any plans to do so ??? The  City council at large races were very close for several of the candidates, as was Kevin Vissing's race against Callie Jahn in Dist.2. As close as these races were the BatBlog believes a recount would be a foregone conclusion and necassary. Maybe KV will weigh in on this....

  1. I haven't read or heard anything about a recount either. You would think someone would file with the closeness of the races.

  2. I I will be filing for a recount tomorrow morning. The honorable David Mosley will act in my behalf. After provisionals were county, I'm down by 29. What the Hell! I'd say my chances are slim, but I we had 90 undervotes. We will count every vote visually.

  5. The re-count will be interesting whether it stays the same or results in changes. The results that night were a little too close and precarious to accept without a re-count.

  6. Josh Rodriquez? Or is it Josh Rodriguez? Why would he change the g to a q for election purposes?

  7. New developments in the recount. Wilder is representing both Republicans. The infamous Honorable David Mosley taking both cases for the Democrats.

  8. Looks like many of the races too close. TG filing suit against Owen, Noel filing against dems. This election is a cluster!
