Seems like local attorney Larry Wilder representing Judge Jacobi's Drug court has a little trouble differentiating between the words
Escort and
Arrest. Mr. Wilder explained to the WHAS I- Team (
Wilder interview ) reporter that drug court participant Cody Hendrick was merely being "escorted" to jail just like Mr. Wilder "escorted" his prom date to the prom. (Note: we assume Mr. Wilder meant his prom date from his high school years and not here recently.) Well the BatBlog is pretty sure most prom dates aren't handcuffed before being "escorted" to the prom, like Mr. Hendrick was "escorted" to jail ( but then again maybe Mr. Wilder's prom date wasn't real keen on attending.) Mr. Wilder didn't specify....Seems like if the drug court employees were merely "escorting" instead of alleged "arresting" Mr. Hedrick they could have taken him out for dinner and gotten him a nice corsage...

ReplyDeleteOne of your best posts HT you wonder why a judge needs to retain an attorney if everything is on the up and up. Wilders comparison between his prom date and this issue is as funny as his experience in a trashcan lol.
