HT is jumping on the bandwagon of those suing the Clark Co. court system. After going through some old (very old) records HT discovered back in the early 70's when HT was still a juvenile and after being arrested for allegedly having illegal possession of an alcoholic product (a trumped up charge I might add) and public intoxication. The Clark Co. Court System held HT for at least 4 hours (maybe longer) than what they should have. HT was made to wait to be embarrassingly released to his parents.
The legal team here at the BatBlog has determined that the humiliation of HT being held against his wishes and with common juvenile delinquents along with the trumped charges of illegal possession (HT merely consumed the alcohol provided to him at a party, he never possessed it), entitles him to considerable monetary retribution. HT's civil rights may have been violated and considering the length of time that has expired HT's legal team will demand a considerable interest fee added to any damages paid by the court.
HT would be open to negotiations for a compensation package with Clark Co. leaders to avoid the pending lawsuit....

Unnamed sources say the rumors are that Clark Co. leaders have said they will consider any and all compensation packages presented by Destiny Hoffman's legal representative(s) in order to avoid a lawsuit....it is rumored that naming the east end bridge after Ms. Hoffman is still a consideration
