Breaking News ...Martina Webster announces
Candidacy for Clark Co. Assessor.
Just in : Martina "Tina" Webster local real estate agent will be a candidate for the Clark County Assessor's Office (R)...
Martina has been a Realtor since 1999 and an associate broker since 2010, she has a BS degree in Business Management. She is currently a level 2 certified assessor and nearly through her level 3 and currently serves on the Clark Co. Planning Commission. Tina was also previously employed in a position determining product costs and generating and running reports
When asked Why she was running for the Assessor office Ms. Webster replied :
"If I am going to serve the public, it should be in a capacity that I have the skills. I understand real estate and market values. I even enjoy math, statistics and reports."
"Secondly I want the public to understand assessments. I can explain tax statements to them and also want the public to understand that TIF's take assessed value out of our County general fund and contribute to the County's budget woes."

I have had the pleasure of "working" (though we consider it a pleasure)with Miss Tina every month at the "Chatter" dinner for the homeless. I can honestly say she is dedicated to the betterment of all! Loves god, loves people, cares!
